CPU 10 Game Reward Run

I have played the newest cpu event 4 times and was supposed to receive 1000 snow the third and fourth time, and haven’t received a lick of it, this is ridiculous as snow is already incredibly hard to come by for someone that doesn’t play online as much as other, someone please fix this

Me and someone else made posts about it too and have yet to see a solution. I’ve messaged ea on live chat 4 different times and it’s all bots based in India replying the same thing. Saying they’re working on it. How can it take nearly a week? Getting real tired of them not fixing it when people have been notifying them of the issue for days.
