Hi there. Let's see if a quick power cycle will help. Try these steps please:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again

having the same issue, I'll try this when I get home. I've spent $200 on playstation store and for the first time this year it's still missing in Madden NFL 26.  (purchased on 27th of Feb)

As a test, please try changing your connection to use a mobile hotspot. Let's see if you can connect then. Make sure to hard restart your console after the change is made.

I’ve tried just about everything including deleting the game and changing my password. It’s the game 100%. I’ve seen it all over social media where players are having the exact same issue. It has us signed out as soon as we start the game up and we have to try and pray the game lets us sign in without it saying connection lost. Please fix the game we legitimately cant play the game. 

Is it specifically MUT you can't connect to or the game in general?

Having the same problem on PS 5 version, I can barely even get into MUT.  Constantly getting connection lost message and the unable-to-connect link doesn't exist.  I also have College Football 26 and NHL 25 with working UT.

PC version works fine in comparison.

Hi there. Are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, do you ever disconnect with CFB 26 and NHL 25?

I'm connected via wired and no I haven't experienced disconnections with the other games.

I am having same issue and it is specifically MUT. I usually am on a wired connection, but i tried going on WIFI and cannot get into i tried a mobile hot spot as well and same issue. Restarted my console, cleared the cache, had my tech come and check connection. I have to spam clicking to enter MUT abot 20ish or more times each time I login for the last week or so just to get in. It will let me login just fine when it logs me out. I can enter the field pass.

College football 26 CUT works fine. As another game I play. I have tried playing franchise mode first and waited 15 to 30 min before trying to enter MUT. Does not help. Still have to sit and just click the X button to get in. Sometimes to when I do get in if I have a free pack, like a welcome pack or madden twich pack, it will freeze the game and I have to restart to game to play it. 

I have tried those troubleshooting steps and none of them fixes the issue. I too have had no connection issues with college 26, and I went back and played MUT 25 and had no issues.

Wireless and mobile hotspots will not give you a good connection so not surprised at the trouble with connecting. You should always be on a wired connection if possible. Try the connection troubleshooting steps here. If that doesn't help, let me know which device you're playing and I'll see if there's anything else I can suggest.

MUT for me. I am going to try hotspot test now

When I did hot spot, none of the online modes worked. When I use my wifi (after power cycle) only MUT didn't work.

is it that you don't yet have a fix or is there another non ea issue you're not telling us about.... like why is it that you're responding with random try this fixes, yet not explaining what the underlying problem is? I've never had this much back and forth or never had this much time passed where either my problem wasn't already fixed or I hadn't been given an explanation as to what the problem was, why it wasn't solvable here, and also some information on how I might best go about solving it elsewhere or otherwise. I don't mean to be overly critical but I feel we should all expect for our money that we'd receive a certain level of standard held in this regard, especially when considering that EA has our money but we aren't able to access the service/product we've already paid for: Nothing personal.

None of the above steps helped with my issue. I'm still our $200 and need a phone number to correct this please

I tried wireless, and even deleted the game. Then I tried to set up an entirely new connection. Still same issue

We always recommend you use a wired connection. If you have to use wireless, just keep in mind disconnects and lag will be more common.

Switch back to your WiFi connection and set your lineup to the best overall. Let me know if that helps or not.

Not sure why but as soon as I tried Superstar mode, which I have not played before, I have had no issues connecting the last couple days.

I see on another message you mention using a wireless connection. Have you tried using a wired one instead?
