Devs/ companies these days

What up with companies and devs creating unplayable games and then treating the consumer like crap. I didn't create madden. I just spent money on your crap. Too much money. And whats with the non existent support. Then they wonder why people are pissed off when they spent all day grinding for a reward and get nothing. Just to spend all day talking to support and get nowhere all because some morons can't make a game work. But they get butt hurt and ban the consumer or delete there posts. They never fix the issue they ignore it. That's ea. I just see a whole lot of nothing and money hungry bums. Its OK tho I'm not playing any ea game. I uninstalled all 40 of my ea games. And I'm not spending 5000 a year in their store. Whoever is in charge of there business department is a **bleep** ...which is still a higher level than help.ea.
