Did not get my road to Super Bowl (H2H) token for winning super bowl

Hi EA,

I played the road to Super Bowl (H2H) event and won the Super Bowl but I did not get the token to get Warren sapp champion. I got all the victory vouchers but no token to complete the set. 

I play on PlayStation 5 and gamer tag is Zetetic14, can you guys please take a look.

    Same thing happened to me but twice!!

    Never got the tokens but I got all the Victory Vouchers

    Same thing. Xbox Series X
