Did not get my road to Super Bowl (H2H) token for winning super bowl

Hi EA, I played the road to Super Bowl (H2H) event and won the Super Bowl but I did not get the token to get Warren sapp champion. I got all the victory vouchers but no token to complete the set.  ...

Same thing happened to me but twice!!

Never got the tokens but I got all the Victory Vouchers
