Did not received ROAD TO THE SUPER BOWL (H2H) CHAMPION TOKEN

EA,

I played and completed the "Road to the Super Bowl" H2H event twice now and I still have not received my tokens to complete the Season 5 Events Champ Token Set. I only received the Victory Vouchers from completing the events. 

Please do something about this. I spent a lot of time and effort grinding this event out.

I've attached a photo below to prove and show the Victory Vouchers I received.
