Just did the entire CPU Super Bowl Playoff event and got no Cole Bishop just the season 5 event pack, please help me cause I’m not trying to do this all over again. Tried restarting my game and my field pass is activated. I’ve seen other people have this same problem too.

There was something I was hoping you could confirm for me. When you have the chance can you check the Super Bowl Event Pass screen and see if that gets the reward to trigger? If possible, can you also check the Playoffs Event Objectives tab and see if you've got a check mark next to the "Complete Road tot he Super Bowl (CPU) event" objective?

Same issue, it did not reward me my cole bishop, and the second time completing only rewarded one fantasy pack… EA has to try to accommodate this in a timely manner somehow
same thing happened to me i had to do the event 2x just to get him, also was trying for the bryant and shaheed card, but no cards just a bnd 86. also don’t see the option to choose the pack or the victory vouchers after winning the SB 4x now in the cpu playoffs event. Please issue make rights to the players who’ve been grinding but not rewarded
