Didn’t receive my Cole Bishop in Super Bowl Playoff event

Hi everyone, 

Thanks again for your patience while we've been looking into this. 

There was something I was hoping you could confirm for me. When you have the chance can you check the Super Bowl Event Pass screen and see if that gets the reward to trigger? If possible, can you also check the Playoffs Event Objectives tab and see if you've got a check mark next to the "Complete Road tot he Super Bowl (CPU) event" objective?
