EA deleted my madden coins?!?!?

I buy players sometimes for the purpose of reselling them for more but sometimes I just buy them and see they have raised in price a lot so I sell them and buy someone else and because I made a lot of coins doing that they stole all of my coins and banned me from the auction house and all of its features. I believe it is their automated ways to detect cheaters and I guess I earned enough coins to get their attention but I wish they would have investigated and just saw I sold a dozen players for profit and nothing shady. I submitted a review for the penalty on my account and even wrote to customer support separately to try and solve this but it’s been a month of waiting and nothing. So I’m just left with the main game mode I played being basically ruined for me on the game I played most. Thanks EA 💪👍
