EA direct support

Hi guys this has been the first time in a while that I have faced issues/bugs in this game. When I directly contacted support I was pretty much told to kick rocks and hope a patch or update is made (if enough people have complained) . Online support is absolutely unhelpful (@yash) Have you had a similar experience??
