Ea stole 4 million coins from me. False Coin wipe

I made a mistake. No, not a mistake like I did anything that deserves punishment, I made a mistake of spending a pretty large amount on packs in Madden Ultimate Team. I had a goal of giving myself the full experience, and be able to use any player I wanted throughout the year. To achieve this goal, I spend over $1,800 on packs within the first 3 weeks the game was out. Every guaranteed coin bundle, and the entirety of a couple of step up offers including the crystal promo. I had a full Vikings theme team at the time, and it was pretty fun. 

Then one day, I get a random notice on my MUT account. I was apparently "caught" distributing coins. Now I've seen people in multiple forums talking about false bans, but for some reason I was foolish enough to completely forget that you can be completely innocent and EA just- does what they want.

The worst part is EA has ZERO TRANSPARENCY about the process. I submitted multiple appeals and they were all denied. On one of the responses it was almost snarky. Pretty much saying, yeah we checked your account and we "know" you did it and don't do it again! Then went on in the email saying they can't disclose the internal process to explain their verdict. Its really shameless isn't it? Its EA that bans your wrongfully, then puts multiple block between you and them and act like the party responsible for the false ban is some third party and EA can't do anything about it. Such a bad lie. 

I'll give them one thing- ea NEVER fails to disappoint. Ever.

EA_Mako​  appreciate the response. However how many more problem will it take, that have been popping up on the forums, for someone at EA to do something about their automated system. Sure you can’t specifically modify accounts but you must have a contract at EA that can be notified. Cause literally every single person writing on the forums is putting in multiple appeals and not getting their coins back. It’s just flat out wrong. You must have a contact for stuff like this cause it’s a major issue. We don’t even have a way to speak to a person directly to resolve this.

Just to be clear, appeals are not automated. Every appeal is reviewed by a human member of our Terms of Service team, unless you've reached a point where they mention no further reviews will be performed. They may use templates in their responses if that's giving the impression, but this is to make sure consistent and accurate information is being provided to those in similar situations - these are not automated.

If you haven't yet reached that point, you're welcome to submit another appeal to have a different ToS member review things again. We do not have a separate contact or alternate path to bypass this appeals process, I'm afraid.  

EA_Mako​ I'm saying the banning and coin wiping is automated.. My question is..  how is it that everyone I see online is getting their appeal rejected, but when the same thing happens to the Youtuber Slayin in College football 26 a couple days ago. He got unbanned and his coins back today because he had a lawyer involved. Where is the same fairness for me?

That's not the case either. From what I see fairly consistently, people that have bans or restrictions removed tend to just get back in-game and play in many cases, rather than posting about it. 

If our ToS team finds evidence an error was made as they're reviewing the appeal, that would be removed. The fairness is that everyone has the same access to the appeals process, and that is what's used to determine whether a ban will be removed, not other factors.

EA_Mako​ I will be THE example to go off of in your latest comment going forward. If I don’t get my coins back then you can’t say that anymore. Cause I have done absolutely nothing wrong. ZERO…  It’s not encouraging my 1st appeal was rejected.

I hear you DaneJ23​, and ultimately that would be up to our ToS team to determine.

If you're saying one thing and our records another, the ToS team would ultimately have to go with what our records show. Best of luck with the appeals. 

update.. in my previous post I explain to was wrongfully coin wiped of 4 million coins. Did nothing wrong. Never bought or sold madden 26 coins. I have since sent 2 appeals to retrieve my coins and both have been rejected. I now can’t compete at a high level because I have no competitive cards, or enough coins to buy a team back. I’ve bought every Madden since 2006 and this for sure will be my last. They marked my last post as resolved.. it is not resolved I will continue to fight this and update the community to spread awareness. What’s going on here is evil and criminal!
