Ea stole 4 million coins from me. False Coin wipe

    Hey DaneJ23​,

    You're welcome to submit another appeal in situations like this. A different member of the Terms of Service team will review that separately to take another look at our records for the situation.

    I understand you're just trying to draw awareness and aren't necessarily looking to have that changed here. I did just want to clarify in case you weren't aware that while we aren't able to make any account changes, you're absolutely welcome to create a new appeal to have this looked into again.

I had the same exact thing happen to me. I did NOTHING. The bans are automated and yes i believe the appeals are also automated, at least at 1st. We ALL get the same boiler plate message saying basically you cheated, tough. IF a human was involved in the appeal process they could at least explain what EXACTLY we had done. That way we would know what NOT to do. I feel lucky as i cant afford to spend a bunch of money on a game, which is why i use the auction house to make coins to remain competitive. EA can and does whatever they want with no recourse. There customer service is non existent. In fact they have made it as difficult as possible so you just give up. I filed my 2nd appeal in hopes that a human being will actually look at it and at the very least tell me what i did wrong. I DONT SPEND MONEY on the game so it should be easy to track that i did nothing wrong. Everyday i come in here there are more and more post concerning this. Popular youtubers are even starting to make videos concerning this. How many people will have to be harmed by what is OBVIOUSLY a flaw in their automated ban system ? I then EA doesnt have the decency to make things right.
