    Hey DaneJ23​,

    You're welcome to submit another appeal in situations like this. A different member of the Terms of Service team will review that separately to take another look at our records for the situation.

    I understand you're just trying to draw awareness and aren't necessarily looking to have that changed here. I did just want to clarify in case you weren't aware that while we aren't able to make any account changes, you're absolutely welcome to create a new appeal to have this looked into again.

Hello I hope everyone’s having a great start to their Fridays. I’ve been playing madden for a decade now and can say, i’ve never experienced anything like this before. EA has truly set a new low. As you all know there is a crystal Patrick Surtain, he was available for $250. I bought Packs and got my Patrick Surtain very early, then sold him as the rest of my team on September 8th. I believe September 9th the redux offer was in store, and his price tanked. I had no clue about this redux, or when it was going to come out and could’ve never avoided selling him right before the giant dip (causing the auction house bot to flag my account). I know it’s not wise, and most of you will probably feel negative about this but I did spent a good chunk of money on madden this year. Like I said i’ve been a fan for a decade. Close to $500.. and this is all on packs. Money to EA. I chose to play the game the right way, give my money to EA, and invest my time into a game i’ve enjoyed for years only to have my entire teams value took from me (8mil mut coins).

 

Ive talked to EA hell three times, all three times denied. I’ve spammed social media and no response. I know they see the notifications, but they choose silence. I hope someone at EA cared for their consumers. It’s sad a slight moment of their day could fix many of ours. I never asked for the world, or make rights, or anything other than what belongs to me. It sucks EA turns their head and acts like we don’t exist I know i’m not the only one.

  • Nature of Dispute: On or about (?/?/25), EA falsely banned my account and/or removed in-game items and coins without valid cause. I had lawfully purchased content and invested real money into Madden Ultimate Team, including 12,000? points. Despite attempts to resolve this through EA Support, the issue remains unresolved.
  • Amount in Dispute: Approximately $??,

or in-game assets: 8,000,000(replace) coins.

 

Relief Sought

 

Through arbitration, I seek the following remedies:

1.Restoration of my Madden account and all legitimately acquired in-game assets; or

2.Refund of all real-money purchases made on my account totaling approximately $??;

3.Any other relief deemed just and proper by the arbitrator.

Pursuant to the EA User Agreement, I will initiate arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) if this matter cannot be resolved informally.
