Ea stole 4 million coins from me. False Coin wipe

Hello. Last week I woke up to a coin distribution notice and over 4 million coins were taken from my account. I was not banned from the account house. I have never bought or sold coins in Madden 26 from any third party site. I sent in an appeal to try to get my coins back. Today it was rejected with no specific. Just I violated one of the policies which I DID NOT. How disgusting! I hope this post spreads awareness. Truly evil!

    Hey DaneJ23​,

    You're welcome to submit another appeal in situations like this. A different member of the Terms of Service team will review that separately to take another look at our records for the situation.

    I understand you're just trying to draw awareness and aren't necessarily looking to have that changed here. I did just want to clarify in case you weren't aware that while we aren't able to make any account changes, you're absolutely welcome to create a new appeal to have this looked into again.

    I lost 2.4 Ms last night for no reason also. Where do you go to appeal it?

    To appeal this - you have to go to help.ea.com - click on violations (Mine does not show any); then go to the dispute form.  File this - however, you will likely be denied.  (This happened to me) The next step is based on their user agreement.  Per section 15 of the user agreement - send a certified letter to:

     Electronic Arts Inc.
    ATTENTION: Legal Department
    209 Redwood Shores Parkway
    Redwood City, CA 94065
    USA

    With the request to file for Arbitration.  In the letter makes sure to state that you can not afford the arbitration costs (Per the terms of service) EA will be responsible for covering the cost of arbitration.  You will likely have other fees.  

    This is theft that EA is doing and if enough of us file for arbitration - they will be forced to fix their AI Ban system.

    Yupp! 7.2 Million coins GONE after all the money I’ve spent in packs etc to get there and helped my little brothers get some better cards by selling me some at a higher value, keep in mind (THEY LIST THE MAX VALUE) and we go under that so we are not doing anything wrong. But they stripped all my coin and there’s. **bleep** EA AND EVERYTHING THEY TOUCH
