EA Support

Hello, 

Is it possible to get any help from EA support? I have tried on numerous occasions to get into contact with anyone. Every time I navigate through the Contact Us section of the EA support website it only gives me automated options. I'm never led anywhere where I can contact a live agent, or open a case, though I have "my cases" etc. tabs. This is now the third consecutive time that I have been kicked out of an event just prior to completion due to "EA server" connectivity problems. Any responses would be greatly appreciated.
