False ban

Hi! I need help with a wrongful ban in Madden 26. I’ve already submitted an appeal.

I haven’t cheated or used any third-party tools. It looks like the anti-cheat made a mistake. Could  a Senior Advisor help me for a full manual review of my account? I am happy to provide any details about my setup, platform, or what I was doing before the ban.

I would really appreciate if someone could take a closer look, because the automated system clearly flagged me incorrectly. Thank you!

  • I'm in the same boat.  Last night my account received a ban for coin distribution for violating TOS. My coins were also wiped from my account. I have never bought, sold, or distributed coins in over 12 years of player this game. I have bought plenty of packs, including recently, and you can look that up to validate on your end. What I think happened is that I bought the Shedeur and Deion Sanders cards early when they were overpriced. Less than 2 days in and the cards are selling for 30% of what I paid. That’s on me. But I shouldn’t be punished with a ban because the auction house bot can’t figure out its own market fluctuation. I submitted an appeal over 18 hours ago, received confirmation of receipt but have yet to receive a response about resolving the false ban. I’d appreciate some help in getting to a quicker resolution for a situation in which I did absolutely nothing wrong … except pay too much for a couple of cards. Thanks.

I also am having a problem with been auction house banned because of a high value card, in my case the 85 OVR Crystal Saquon Barkley card, which is currently selling at around 2 million coins. Now I must admit I did attempt to transfer coins from my CFB26 account to start a new MUT team, which was my mistake and had me in their crosshairs, but I can’t believe obviously legit activity such as buying bundles and selling the cards within, including what appears to be EA’s form of a thirst trap in the person of a hugely valuable card that I am supposed to NEVER sell apparently, is what puts the ban over the top and it’s bye-bye Auction House for me. I respect what got me in trouble, but this kind of inability to differentiate between the two activities, especially with the same reaction is insane, and of course the ultra fast reaction and quick ban hammer, followed by the ultra slow appeals system, and of course I pulled another valuable card that I can’t do a **bleep** thing with. With Zero Chill coming up, all I want is to use the AH again, I never intended to break the rules, although I realize I should never have thought that moving my coins would work. Still, doing it legit and getting AH banned is massively unfair. Hopefully this will get my situation out there.,. Sorry for the lengthy reply, but I wanted the entire issue out there,,,

About how long does it take to hear back on a ban appeal? I'm two days in and have heard nothing. For what it's worth, this is in reference to case #230807446. I've spent a lot of time (and money) building that team and I'd hate to lose it because I bought a couple of overpriced cards that quickly tanked in the AH.

  • Same thing just happened to meany advice would be appreciated

I have appealed my case (#230807249 and #230933775) highlighting the fact that my coin wipe and AH sanction are false positives due to a large sale of an 85 OVR Crystal Saquon Barkley card pulled from a purchased bundle, a card selling at a premium coin cost despite its lower OVR designation. I understand this occurred while I was under a warning for my previous coin distribution violation which was penalized by a coin wipe, which I was simply trying to recover from, at my own financial cost, and EA’s gain, but a second coin wipe and a AH sanction and restriction were an erroneous false positive sanction. I again ask for my AH access to be returned as it is hurting a legitimate player who made one mistake in an attempt to make a seamless change between two games, not who sold or bought coins in any way, though I under the reasons for the rules against this and accept the coin wipes as punishment for this error. Please let me know if there is anything you need me to do, and where my penalty stands as I do not quite understand my status or how severe my sanction is. Thank you for your continued attention, and I will wait for your decision from here… KRITTER77
