FLASHBACKS BND TOKEN SET

I grinded for tokens to get Jerome Baker’s 98 BND card and he wasn’t in the pack. All other 30ish players were included but him. Ea help submitted my ticket but it’s been almost a week with no resolution. Can anyone help?
