Yeah the same thing has happened to me have been banned since November 21st and no reasoning why my account was banned for coin selling in which I have never done. Nobody I can talk to or anything I can do. I just don't get it they are now just sending me auto reply emails saying they are not reversing the decision. I had over 1000 hours played on their game up until my ban happened.
