I have spent a ridiculous amount of money on packs already this year. Today, I logged into MUT 26 and got a notice that my account was "caught" for coin distribution and EA just took all 8 million+ coins from my account. I have NEVER bought coins IN MY LIFE purely for the sake of avoiding an issue with EA. And yet, my reward for being a big spender is all the virtual currency I earned legitimately through giving EA money is this? How do I get my coins back?
i got he same exact thing happen to me bro. They took over a million coins from me and banned me from the auction house. I have done the appeal although it doesnt show as being received. In fact it shows that i have no open cases and no penalty history. EA makes it impossible to get any resolution. Unfortunately i am not optimistic they will fix this. I did nothing wrong. I bought TOTW 82's for 33K and resold them for 39K. THATS IT ! that is in fact the nature of an auction house is it not
I’ve only ever had a problem on MUT. Their fraud detection system is banning accounts left and right for no legitimate reason.
