    Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we're not able to directly help with banned accounts over the EA Forums. You'll need to submit a dispute so Terms of Service can perform an investigation. Instructions for that can be found int he article here. Thank you.

Same thing happened to me today. Any update for you? I submitted an appeal earlier, hopefully the people at EA make this right for us. Done nothing wrong and am being punished for playing the game.
