Fix this bug or give me coins

Which bug are you referring to? It doesn't look like you have any previous posts, so I'm not sure if this is in reference to something already under investigation or something new.

My game going in the super bowl was stuck at 1 second i couldn’t pick a play i couldn’t call a timeout and it’s happened in the super bowl as well i tried to send a video for evidence this has to be fixed even in duos in (squads) it’s happened multiple times ive missed out on so much coins for having to leave games cause of errors i will try to send the video again because i honestly need something in return it’s aggravating this keeps happening genuinely 

three different photos of 1 second not moving i couldn’t do anything and it’s not sending a video so i used pictures

This is just the play clock itself getting stuck at 1 second, or have you had the game timer stuck as well? Is this happening in any other modes at all? I see you've mentioned duos/squads.

Is this just happening in online modes, or have you seen this in any offline modes? 

it’s the whole game freezing not just the play clock like the plays won’t pop up we can’t call time outs when it freezes we just sit there and hope the people we play leave before we do and for me it’s only happened in online modes like regular season games sqauds and ranked (only in ultimate team) i can’t speak for everyone but it has happened atleast 20 times not exaggerating it happens so often that i had to come here ive never thought to be like im gonna find a way to contact EA until this repetitive thing started to happen

Can I ask whether you're on a wired or wireless connection? Have you done anything like power cycling your router or going through these steps to see if there's any improvement, particularly those like changing your DNS?

I hear that it's not just you running into the issue, but knowing those types of details can help figure out where to look when trying to replicate this behavior on our end.

it’s definitely not a connection issue this happens to multiple people I know who plays MUT but i did try to change my dns i’ve heard about how that could fix issues it didn’t and i recently moved this was happening before when i did use a lan cable im not using one atm but im 110% sure its not my internet most of the time there isnt anything connected to it but my playstation and it happens it would tell me when my wifi is cutting out or id just lag during the game which that’s not the case i’d be playing a regular game all good then out of nowhere i can’t pick a play call a timeout etc it becomes to the point of who has more patience just to get the win in madden i once let the game be on the same screen for atleast 30 mins to an hour before i was like he’s not gonna quit so i had to quit it’s something that has to be looked into we can’t play 3 games back to back before this happens 

is there anything you can do about this i can send video proof of what’s happening i really believe i need something in return ive spent real money on this game and i can’t even enjoy it i go into a game hoping it doesnt crash/freeze and that to me is ridiculous

If it only happens in online modes, that typically points to a connection issue of some kind. Note that doesn't mean your specific home network is having a problem and it's on your end, as there are many stops between your home and our servers that can cause issues. That just helps us narrow down what could be contributing to this.

For a couple other options for the game itself and not focused on connection, I'd definitely try restoring licenses on PlayStation if you haven't already. That's fairly quick and can help in some situations with game crashes. The more in-depth step to try after that point would be booting your PlayStation into safe mode with these steps and going through Clear System Software Cache first, then Rebuild Database afterwards if that's still happening. 

We aren't able to grant anything manually via the forums here, but we take this information and pass it along to try and address the actual issue you're having if the interim steps don't help out. Thanks for what you've shared towards this issue already!
