Yes this happened to me in Madden 24 and now again in Madden 26. And just like you I spend real money on the game and have never once bought or sold coins. Neither times was I able to get unbanned and my coins back.
Yeah mine says transferred. Did you buy an expensive player when they recently dropped? I bought the 87 Brock Bowser within the hour he dropped for 3 million coin. Next day banned
All I did was sell gold cards for the max amount if none were up in the auction house. They reviewed and denied my appeal again. Never going to spend another dime on an EA product. I have done NOTHING WRONG
