    Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we're not able to directly help with banned accounts over the EA Forums. You'll need to submit a dispute so Terms of Service can perform an investigation. Instructions for that can be found int he article here. Thank you.

I have the same issue.  Madden 26 coin wiped.  An appeal was submitted and I did provide receipts of all madden points purchased.  Good luck; to EA - this is dumb since some people spend real money only to get coin wiped.
