    Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we're not able to directly help with banned accounts over the EA Forums. You'll need to submit a dispute so Terms of Service can perform an investigation. Instructions for that can be found int he article here. Thank you.

Hello. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to help with bans. You can open a new case to get in touch with an advisor and ask for an update on your dispute. Do not submit another dispute if you do that though. Those just go to Terms of Service so you wouldn't be able to talk to an advisor.

This is insane. I have literally burned through close to $2000 on packs and out of nowhere EA takes all 8 million + of my coins which I earned through buying countless packs, and now I have to appeal something?! This is not right at all.

    Same thing happened to me. Waited 3 weeks for them to get back to me just to deny my appeal. Insane. EA bunch of criminals stealing from there players
