Falsely Banned from Auction House for “Coin Distribution” – Need Help

Same thing happened to me. Waited 3 weeks for them to get back to me just to deny my appeal. Insane. EA bunch of criminals stealing from there players 

If your ban appeal is denied, you still have another option under Section 15 of the EA User Agreement:

Send a certified letter requesting arbitration to:

Electronic Arts Inc.
ATTN: Legal Department
209 Redwood Shores Parkway
Redwood City, CA 94065
USA

In your letter:

• Clearly state your request for arbitration and the reasoning behind it.
• Include a statement that you cannot cover the costs of arbitration.

According to EA’s Terms of Service, EA is responsible for arbitration costs (though you may still be responsible for certain additional fees).

I have been banned/restricted for no reason. I have bank statements showing ive spent hundreds and hundreds just in the last month in the ultimate team store. Im also ready to submit bank statements showing i haven't paid any 3rd party companies for coins but the ultimate team store.  I was selling my team off for season 3 to invest in new updated players and had spent 25 dollars on cards packs just last night.  EA took 4,93 million in coins that i was saving to have coin to spend not just for season  3 but to also keep me busy as I heal from my back surgery im having on 10/23/2025. I have been a loyal gaming customer to EA since 2012, I bring this up so people understand EA could care less about loyalty. I truly feel robbed. My entertainment investment was stolen from me by the same company that I thought could be trusted to make entertainment investments of hunƙdreds in. Please be careful what u spend with a company like this. EA will scam u when u least expect it. Just like the card we were suppose to get for watching there lol tournament. They needed views on twitch so EA lied to get them. Please beware felow gamers they will lead u to believe 1 thing then pull the rug from underneath u when u least expect it. 

EA scammed me to! I truly feel robbed.

The advisers are paid by EA just like u.big waste of time. All u EA employees are part of the scam/robbery. I had 4,93 million in coin stolen from me last night by EA .if someone would've looked in to it just a little they would have seen ive spent well over 5 hundreds in the last 5 weeks to build that coin up. That's stealing..........my appeal is being ignored like everyone else's. EA took my coins back that I paid them for that's stealing............

I got robbed by EA also in the amount of 4.93 million 

I just got banned from the auction house for coin distribution. I have never bought from no third party at all. It is christmas and i spent 150 dollars today on madden packs on bundles and everything for the zero chill. Couple of hours later got banned I sold off players i pulled. I pulled a LTD and sold him. I got playstation transactions  proof and everything. I need this look into For i can receive my coins and Auction unbanned

Same thing happened to me this year on madden 26. i spent a lot of money because it’s christmas time and then my auction house got permanently suspended and all of my coins are wiped. this is not the first time that ea has done this to me and quite frankly i am fed up. i’ve appealed it and they denied it so im reappealing and i am going to keep appealing because this is unbelievable. if someone is seeing this that can legitimately help, it would be very much appreciated.
