Flashbacks current fantasy pack logging me out of my game

I purchased the $150 dollar pack of points to buy the ladder with the flashbacks pack and once I get to the second step of the ladder it will not let me purchase the pack and just logs me out of my game, I have heard other people experiencing the same thing please let me know if anyone figures this issue out
