Game desync

This stupid freaking game dysynced as I was beating a team 42-7 and I was one win away from the playoffs. I should have won and made the playoffs but it ended my season. I play on Xbox and it happened at 1:05 am on December 10, 2025. I would like a make right for this stupid error that ended my season.
