Giving the Wrong Value in points

I recently bought 50 dollars worth of Madden 26 Points so that is 5850 points, but there is glitch where I don't receive that amount of points unless I spend more money and even when I did that it gave me the incorrect value with 1750 points which doesn't make any sense plus the second purchase I made so I can get the points in the first place
