I can't open challenges

For the past couple of days whenever I log on to Ultimate Team it won't let me in half the time. It goes to the loading screen that's the football field at the 10 yard line and I can still see my coins and hear the music. When it does let me in I can't open challenges whatsoever. I've tried accessing challenges through tabs like the field pass and it still doesn't load. I have been using AI for the past 2 hours for suggestions trying to get passed it, doing multiple ways of restarting my data on my Xbox and EA accounts and also seeing if i can do anything on the Madden Companion app(I've already resubmitted my lineup so it's not that). When I go to Xbox support for Madden 26, hit trouble shooters, then hit my game wont start I check my Xbox status and it tells me my "Games & Gaming" status is limited. I am not banned and I was able to play challenges less than a week ago. Is there anything I can do to fix the issue or is this something EA/Xbox has to handle? And is anyone else having this issue? I read that Xbox says they fixed the issue but I have not received any changes
