I can't stress it enough I'm tired of being ignored

Listen. I've been nice and patient but this is ridiculous. You all are just lazy. I pulled ltd Odell beckham out of the merry mix up packs. That I spent 500k on. And none of my players where there. Including the ltd. And instead of fixing it. You ignore my posts. I've messaged two moderators about my problem and they ignore it. It's been 3 days now when do you plan on doing you jobs.
