i got ten wins and didn’t receive my token

i got 10 wins and did not receive my player my psn is NoLimitReem-_- and  my ea it already shows on my things already and also when i tried to get 10 wins again to get my token people are getting first down then running back words then they still win i just need u to give my my token i worked for i spent a whole day trying to get it
