Issues with CPU event, not running properly and giving XP

Again, I was playing this. I got through the first run went 10 games restart. It got through eight went to play the ninth and the system reset me back to zero wins in the run played another 10 games somehow only ended up with experience for eight wins even though I won 10. Just did another run of 10 and somehow lost two more games worth of experience this combined with the fact that it was not giving me experience at all in the prior event has cost me at least eight packs and 18,000 coins considering I paid for the premium field pass. This has been reported by multiple players multiple times. You need to remedy this and do it now.
