Julius Peppers missing content!

Dear,Electronic Arts

I pre ordered this game for one reason and that was for the Julius Peppers card in MUT!  I received everything except the Peppers card!! When am I getting him EA! He’s not going to be worth it now!! I waited this long hoping he would pop in my account one day but that never happened!! I want what I paid for!
