Missing Campus heroes welcome pack

Same for me this is super annoying

Same for me! And EA Help said “take it to EA Forums”, so here we are. 

I’m also missing the Campus Hero Welcome Pack. Never received. 

Same here, im missing the campus hero and the preseason welcome packs and I was online with support for like half an hour before they figured we cant do anything about it

Also having this issue, playing on Switch 2. Hopefully a fix incoming soon as now holding all of the stickers but with no player to upgrade!

Yes sir same issue going with me, I'm still missing packs from the early preorder

Same here and it seems like "support" doesn't know what to do besides "sending it to the team". I'm sure they will fix it once the card isn't even usable anymore.
