Legends pack 4x 1of2 83+ pick pack got same player in all four pulls

Did anyone have the same 2 players come up in same pack for there 4 pulls? Wondering if this is a normal thing that happens. I got same two players to choose from in all four pulls. Or happen to anyone else? I feel like the there was a glitch or something.
