Level 43 Season pass Legendary Strategy Item is BND?

I reached level 43 in the season pass and chose the Legendary Strategy item and can't sell it. It doesn't say that it's "BND" and there's a ton on the auction block. Tje only option it gives me is quicksell for 80k cokns. Any help?
