Lost Position and Hand Items

Game took away my kings hand guess, as well as the kings position guess. I did all of the sets for the 3 guesses, opened the position first, then when I opened the hand guess I clicked add to set and added the first two items i opened before closing the pack. I then opened the equipment pack and manually went to sets to add and saw that neither of the first two were added to any set and were no longer in my inventory. I already checked evidence exchange set and items were not there either. All three packs are redeemed from the store and I only have cleats in the guess set.
