Madden 26 MUT- Any online mode is unplayable

I’m on PC, with good specs that’s beyond the minimum requirements. I play on borderless windowed mode and whenever I load onto an online game, it just stutters, delays, and is choppy. I’m not sure how else to explain it but it’s not smooth like playing CPU or offline. Are there any known fixes or settings that can help smoothen the experience? Is it a connectivity issue? I’m always plugged on ethernet so i’m not sure.
