I won the event and my pack isn't available for me, on my main screen it says 1 unopened pack once I hit the option it then say no unopened packs but as I go to my companion app it shows I have an unopened h2h 1st completion pack
I’ve also had this issue. I won the event for a second time yesterday in part 2. When I go to open the completion pack I get kicked off the servers. When I loaded back into mut the whole pack disappeared. So I downloaded the companion app, and it let me open it except for the pack that comes with the token in it. When I tried to open that one it said could not process this request and the pack disappeared from the app too. Now I’m devastated because it takes so much time concentration and energy to win the event and I did not get what I’m owed for it. I haven’t had the motivation to play madden ever since
