Madden team diamond collectible issue

Hey so I’ve contacted Ea and they have no solution for me but to post here 

I have 4nfc west collectibles and I can’t add them to the set ? Has anyone else had issue with this ? 

it’s making it so I can’t get a 93 diamond west player
