I have won/completed 20 Sugar Rush CPU Air Raid Event games and I haven’t received my Dominique Rodgers Cromartie Player. Please Help

Sugar Rush CPU
Played two runs (20 games) of the cpu sugar rush event and did not receive the player reward (Dominique Rodgers) it took forever to do and for no reason can I please have my reward Madden?
