Missing Champions Events Token

I went 12-0 in the Autumns Classic event about 2-3 weeks ago now. I never received my Champions Event token for going 12-0. Ever day that goes by I lose value for this token that took me a lot to earn.

Missing rewards!
People are missing tokens from the online event... thats insane! I completed the cpu event two times recently (today and earlier in the week)... i did not recieve the 1,500 snow reward both times now...
