18 hours agoWe cannot assist on the forums with missing content on a player's account. These claims are handled by the Live Support team through chat and email. The system has a roughly 24-hour period to send back what you spent on that purchase. Depending on how busy it is, there can be delays.
If you check your game and the Companion app and are unable to locate the content, you will need to set up a case on the Help site.
- Select Madden NFL 26
- In the search type in 'earned'
- Select I'm looking for something I earned
- If you do not have a case, select Log in
- If you do have a case and cannot continue, click on Continue without logging in
- This will provide you with the following article on missing content
- If the article does not help resolve the issue, continue with the Still Need Help section
- Fill out the case as detailed as you can before you submit your case
