Missing content from zero chill and playoffs

Still Misding content from zero chill and playoffs and EA has done nothing. They give same exact response a month half later. This started day after Christmas and no reply or nothing. I’ve posted hete and did chat and twitter and NOT 1 Reply . Wasted money and time and coins
