STILL WAITING A MONTH LATER EA!! Nothing has been done!!
I have made many post addressing me playing last 2 events and either using coins or vouchers to play in the events and getting wins and starting me over at free level and taking my coins and not receiving any awards. That was a MONTH ago with zero chill and you guys have not still tried to contact me or make it right on behalf. I’ve did everything and STILL NOTHING!! The support chat is not real people and said wait patiently a MONTH AGO. Now today in the playoff event the samething happened again with me being able to pay 1000 vouchers and I won but it started me at the free entry not the paid. Once again a waste and nothing has been done at all and no update at all within a month. There’s no way it should take this long we are wasting time and money for absolutely nothing and can’t even get a simply reply to address situation from a real person. I have screenshots showing. Im starting to think that no real people are replying to this is jus all automated because no way I’ve had to make these many post or contact support after being so called ESCALATED and nothing has happened at all and continuesEpic Strategy Items turned into “Quicksell Tim”?
Bought two epic strategy items from the auction house, QB Guru Deep and Lockdown. After purchasing I was not able to equip in lineup and noticed the card graphic was not displaying the attribute boosts associated with the card. The cards weren’t appearing as an option to equip in my lineup, but were visible in my binder. I was not able to equip the items from my binder either. Now, the strategy items are no longer appearing as QB Guru and Lockdown, but instead both read “Quicksell Tim” and have a generic ultimate team card graphic rather than the associated stat boosts. The cards were bought from the auction house for about 100k each, much higher than the 40k Quicksell value for what now appears to be 2 useless cards. Any fixes?EA STILL WAITING!! 😡😡
EA we are going on week 3 about my Misding content that now won’t be able to do or get players because event has expired. Not one person had contacted or emailed or have me any update. All I get is AI chat responses from people that supposed to be real people but obviously are not giving sane exact responses everytime. I’ve post 4 times in the futons with no response from anybody. Obviously wasted me real money and virtual money and going on 3 weeks and have heard nothing at all.IM DISAPPOINTED EA!
After still waiting and realizing chafing with support is pointless because it’s not an actual real person. Sane responses with each agent and then some response don’t even make sense to question asked. I’ve been waiting for even a simple response and got nothing but time wasted and wasted my real money and virtual money with no resolution at all. The support chat is pointless because it’s all AI generated bots. I’m starting to see now my problem will never even get looked at or taken care of. There’s no time frame and 2 weejs has bedn ample time to at least follow up but nothing at all . SmhMADDEN ULTIMATE TEAM “LINEUP” glitch
So I have seen a few forums on this bug, I have spoken to representatives and no fix in site as of now, I was told to post this on forums and help up-vote similar posts here to bring more attention to it. For me it’s been 3-4 days and for others a few weeks. The issue is we can not access our lineup within our ultimate teams without an error occurring and kicking us out of ultimate team. No matter what avenue we take whether through the my team tab under “lineup” or even if we start a game and chose “lineup” and try to edit it that way. Anyway we attempt to change our lineup the same error occurs and we are booted out. It seems it’s on the side of EA and that a solution would be for them to reset our lineup on their end due to gaps in our own lineup chasing the bug. If anyone sees this please upvote it so they can see this issue and resolve it as quickly as they can!SQUADS DOES NOT WORK
For the last 3 weeks or so, when my buddy and I try to play squads, it instantly joins matchmaking, then kicks us both to the main menu, saying that there is a "server error". We've played UT Squads together since madden 18/19 and have never had this issue. Both on next gen consoles, with high speed internet, both in the same time zone. I can play solo ranked as well, but no teams. We've tried everything. Different host, keeping open the third player option, resetting games, closing games.... PLEASE HELP. If anyone has had this issue and has a resolution. Getting pretty fed up with how many glitches and issues are in this game. Feels like its crashing 10x more than any previous madden. THANK YOU!
