I watched the MCS Madrid event today. During the broadcast I claimed my drops. It had been 7 hours and they have yet to hit my game. Do I need to reach out to twitch or is this a known EA issue?

same with CUT as well, WTH!
Same situation. All drops claimed, no packs received. Wonder if this is a Twitch issue again?
I still haven’t received any of my rewards and my ea account is connected to twitch

I didn't check but I have been getting my drops until today. Never had an issue other than when there was an issue on the twitch side and they were not tracking. Idk what happened.
did you check your EA account if it is still linked to the correct twitch account? Mine is currently linked to a completely unknown twitch account that is named "P4hjN7nG...."
