I watched the MCS Madrid event today. During the broadcast I claimed my drops. It had been 7 hours and they have yet to hit my game. Do I need to reach out to twitch or is this a known EA issue?

That right there is quote of the year and so true. I cannot even believe it's been over 3 weeks and not a peep about this problem from anyone at EA. I'm not spending any more money on points or passes, if they can't bother with fixing this.
24 days and the silence is deafening. Dozens of claimed packs, tokens, and the stupid playbook still not in game. Still promoting the MCS stream tomorrow and most of us won’t even be able to use the player. When there’s a loophole or glitch that benefits the customers you guys are like the rapid response team!
I am also missing Drops that I claimed, and I have been missing the Drops since November 15, 2025.
no drops for me yet has well or waller or cut for last couple of days
I have not received drops since 11/14 on either MUT or CUT.

From EA Help "Thanks for your patience. I've recorded all of your information that we needed to report this to our team, and our team will investigate this issue about not receiving the Rewards from the Twitch drop. In the meantime, keep your eye on Twitter/X and our in-game messaging for any updates."
I didnt receive mine from last night either
still no Waller.....also watched huddle.gg stream earlier and no drops from there either lol smh
I'm having the same issue as well. Didn't get my GMM or CUT drops for today either and re-linked my stuff.
