Missing NFL 26 Preorder Content

Did it to me too bro. I deleted the game. Then I used the mobile app. Searched for the MVP bundle (what I purchased) and picked Madden to install via mobile. It worked that time. 

It’s been a few days since release now and I am still not only missing my 4600 points, but also missing my Jalen hurts, cover athlete etc, and waiting on all my pre order content still. I also bought 2800 points today and no points show in my account. I would like this fixed please somehow.

I have been waiting since the game came out to get my points and my packs but I have had no luck every time I log in, when I log in to mut I always look up in the corner to see I still have 0 madden points.

missing my pre order packs and points as well, it’s typical EA tho. Idk how they gonna keep their rights when they can’t do nothing right.

I'm also still missing all of this and the support just closes the tickets no response and zero help. Filing a report with BBB.

I am experiencing this same issue and it’s completely bull**bleep**, I’m missing out on all the pre game packs due to it not giving me my pre Order content!!!! They need to get it fixed asap!!!
