Unplayable

Everytime I sign in it signs me out, I sold a bunch of madden items that equaled over 230K and I got nothing when items sold.
I sold a kicker that was worth 100k and I got only 27 training points. I’ve spent real life money and have not got anything. What is going on with this game the amount of money wasted and this has been a problem for months now.

I brought Madden 26 Deluxe Edition, brought the premium pass which they deducted the Madden points for and next log in no pass, so I purchased again and they took the points again, connection lost most days without fail and last couple of days can't even play ultimate team, tried restoring licence, turning off router and restarting ps5, nothing works.
