Missing NFL 26 Preorder Content

Went ahead and got a refund. Went through 5 cases waited 6+ Hours for each waist of time. Good Luck everyone else.

Still missing my preorder content for madden 26 on ps5 for the MVP bundle I’ve contacted both EA help and PS Support to no avail. Feel like I’ve been robbed. The content worked for CFB 26 but nothing in madden besides early access Coach points and Superstar points. 

I preordered the MVP bundle August 2nd and have still yet to receive the preorder bonuses specifically for Madden 26. CFB 26 gave me my rewards day 1. Madden has yet to deliver on points or packs. 

You WERE robbed. They have no intention of fixing this--they are just trying to cover it up.

Missing my rookie premiere still my user is deezyhehe 

I preordered Madden 26 08/02/2025 and it has been a week now and I still have not received it the preorder content such as the green stubs and the player packs. I've contacted a EA Rep on the chat, however, he was unable to resolve my issues and told me that I needed to post here in the EA forums...any suggestions?!  I've reinstalled the game, logged out and back in and nothing is helping.

I preordered the Madden 26 game during the summer, and I supposed to be have some preorder bonus with it.
In my Xbox, the preorder content is visible as non downloadable add-ons.
But I never got it in my Ultimate Team, for example the Jalen Hurts player item, not sore what packs, or other player items I am missing too.

I cant acces support: This issue isn't supported by advisors
